Infineon is hiring an internship focused on competency frameworks, training and learning content, data analytics, and digitalization. The intern will support competency standards and skill taxonomies, collaborate on training programs and learning pathways, help design technical learning solutions, maintain knowledge repositories, and use KNIME and Tableau to consolidate workforce data and develop dashboards. The role is intended for students pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, with final-year students and recent graduates within six months encouraged to apply; the preferred intake period is January 27 through May/June 27.
