Fireclay Partners is hiring a full-time, in-person Investment Banking Summer Associate for summer 2027 at its downtown Kansas City office. The internship provides MBA students with hands-on exposure to M&A and capital advisory, including pitch materials, financial modeling, valuations, market research, diligence, and transaction process tracking. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an MBA program, normally graduating in 2028, with prior substantive analytical experience in finance, consulting, corporate development, transaction advisory, accounting, or a related field. Strong proficiency with AI in a professional work environment is required, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
