Description
Baird is hiring an IT Data & Analytics Intern to support data analytics, profiling, modeling, visualization, testing, integration, and delivery for client data solutions. The intern will participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and projects involving business data problems and approved AI capabilities. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Milwaukee or Madison office and two days remote, requiring full-time summer hours of 37.5–40 hours per week and part-time semester hours of 15–20 hours per week. The intern must be a local student pursuing a relevant degree, able to start in June 2027, and have experience with SQL, SSIS, Python, Snowflake, Fabric, cloud data AI tools, and ETL development tools.
