Description
The IT Support Intern assists with laptop and desktop deployment, device upgrades, first-level hardware and software support, network connectivity, VPN, remote desktop, M365/Office 365 workloads, infrastructure lifecycle, case tracking, documentation, and infrastructure setup. The role is intended for a fresher or entry-level candidate with foundational IT knowledge, strong English communication, and knowledge of Windows 11, networking, servers, storage, Azure AD, and Microsoft Office 365.
