Boskalis is hiring a Learning & Development Intern to collaborate with business colleagues and L&D team members on translating organizational knowledge into effective digital learning modules. The intern will create storyboards, texts, visuals, and interactive elements; advise on engaging, adaptive learning solutions; and contribute to digital-content projects. The role is office-based with a hybrid arrangement, full-time at 40 hours per week or part-time at 32–36 hours per week, and requires enrollment in a relevant bachelor or university program, knowledge of instructional design, strong English, creativity, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
