Infineon is hiring a Machine Learning/Data Science Intern to work on backend data and analytics projects for the DMR AI DSS team. The intern will perform statistical and exploratory data analysis, build predictive, image-classification, and Gen AI models, learn backend assembly and final-test data processing, and develop collaboration skills in a production environment. The preferred intake is January 2027 through May 2027, with a minimum five-month commitment, and applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering, computer science, information technology, data science, or analytics field.
