Description
CEA is seeking a Master’s Year 1/2 intern to study material ejection under shock, from isolated defects through random and statistically controlled rough surfaces. The internship involves numerical simulations with a CEA Eulerian code, validation against experiments, parametric studies of defect size, spacing, and arrangement, and the development of predictive models linking surface geometry to ejection characteristics. The role is based in Bruyères-le-Châtel, France, and lasts five to six months.
