Internship – Modeling High-Performance DRAM Memories for Emulation – Grenoble – M/F at ADSN Career

CEA is hiring an intern in Grenoble to develop a solution that interfaces realistic DRAM model simulators with hardware emulation platforms for multicore CPU and GPU architectures. The intern will select a suitable DRAM simulator, develop a prototype, study performance, integrate the solution into an emulation platform, and conduct a system-level performance study and optimization. The role requires a BAC+4/BAC+5 degree in computer science or electronics, proficiency in C and C++, and familiarity with SystemC, RTL development, simulation tools, Git, Linux, and English.
