Micron Technology is hiring a Device Engineer for its Process and Device Technology Development team at the Vimercate site in Italy. The role analyzes, models, and improves the electrical characteristics of next-generation NAND devices, develops characterization and test flows, builds physical models with the TCAD team, and supports performance projections and reliability requirements. Candidates need a master’s degree or recent graduation in a relevant engineering field, semiconductor device knowledge, basic CMOS and statistics understanding, coding skills for automated test flows, and strong cross-functional communication. Internship positions in Italy may pay EUR 900–EUR 1200 per month, while working-student positions in Germany may pay EUR 15 gross per hour.
