Description
The intern will join Infineon’s Package Concept development team and, under a mentor, build a database and dashboard comparing New Product Introduction requirements with qualified or productive package products. Responsibilities include analyzing package requirements, simplifying complex data, collecting and cleaning IFX Database records, generating a customizable database, and creating attribute-based comparison dashboards. The role is intended for students pursuing engineering or data analytics, with semiconductor, AI, digitalization, and programming knowledge preferred, and the intake window is January 27 through May/June 27.
