Devoteam is hiring a ServiceNow Process Transformation Intern to join its process-focused teams in France. The intern will audit and improve business processes, design target processes, write functional documentation, validate solutions, and support rollout and implementation across IT, Human Resources, Customer Relationship, and other domains. The role is intended for a student in an engineering, business, or university program seeking a six-month end-of-studies internship starting between January and March 2027, with training in ServiceNow, ITIL, and Agile methods.
