Description
LYNRED is hiring a final-year M2 Process Engineer intern to study precipitate defects in CdZnTe materials and their impact on deposited CdHgTe layers. The intern will characterize defects using microscopy, X-rays, and SEM, analyze morphology and distribution, correlate substrate defects with epitaxy, and prepare a report and presentation. The internship lasts six months with variable daytime hours at the Veurey-Voroize site near Grenoble and requires a final-year engineering or Master's 2 qualification in materials physics, English at professional proficiency, and less than two years of experience.
