LYNRED is hiring a Process Technician intern to support the development of a polymerization process for Si/Ge bilayer wafers in a strong-bonding process. The role involves finding an operating point close to the existing adhesive, conducting spreading and thickness tests, studying viscosity and polymerization, characterizing adhesives and bilayers, coordinating with an external analysis laboratory, and working in a cleanroom. The internship lasts three months with variable daytime hours at Veurey-Voroize near Grenoble and requires a bachelor-level qualification in chemistry or physical measurements, knowledge of polymer materials and semiconductors, analytical and reporting skills, and professional English proficiency.
