Description
CIMPA is hiring a Python C++ Developer Intern to develop a modeling tool for composite parts in the aerospace industry. The intern will extract data from CATIA-based fiber-placement programming tools, create 3D models of deposited material, integrate material parameters and loading conditions, define finite-element calculations, process results, and build performance indicators. Responsibilities include analyzing technical challenges, designing software architectures, documenting the tool, and developing software capabilities. The internship is intended for a final-stage generalist or mechanical-focused engineering student, requires Python and C++ development ability, knowledge of finite-element calculations and composite materials, English proficiency, and offers an aerospace R&D environment.
