Description
Hermès is hiring a Quality Intern to support the quality manager across its Saint Antoine leather goods workshop and, where needed, the Pantin workshops. The role focuses on reducing recoupes, improving cutting and table quality, conducting audits, monitoring returns and repairs, maintaining quality indicators, and coordinating with supply and training teams. The intern will learn Hermès product standards and craftsmanship while developing analytical, continuous-improvement, and cross-functional skills. A master’s degree from a general engineering school or a master’s in quality/continuous improvement is desired, along with hands-on production interest, analytical rigor, and collaboration skills; Excel and Power BI proficiency is a plus.
