Description
Bosch is seeking an Internship Recruiter to plan intern demand, coordinate recruitment, manage the full recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, conduct interviews in Spanish, German, and English, communicate with applicants and universities, post openings, process contracts and insurance, manage stipend payments, advise interns, and evaluate intern positions. The role requires high proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or German, organization, flexibility, and university enrollment, with a six-month duration starting 15 June 2026 and a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
