Penske is hiring a part-time Rental Representative for 15–25 hours per week, including weekends. The role handles inbound and outbound sales, generates leads, maintains customer relationships, manages a large fleet, matches vehicle demand with availability, coordinates customer accounts, and ensures customer satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail sales or customer service experience, bilingual Spanish ability, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive Penske and customer vehicles up to a 26-foot box truck.
