Description
The Internship Supervisor will design a semester-long internship program for high school students, co-facilitate weekly live cohort sessions, create an asynchronous learning environment, supervise a small team of internship supervisors, communicate with intern families, and participate in professional learning. The role reports to the Director of Programs and requires a high school diploma, a current bachelor's degree, 3–4 years of education or afterschool experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and Department of Education fingerprinting and clearance.
