Description
Septeo is hiring an internship student for its Technical Support team supporting the PMS Ulyses Cloud solution used by hotels. The intern will answer client calls, record and follow up on incidents, resolve basic software questions with team support, and maintain internal documentation. No prior experience is required because training is provided from day one. The role requires enrollment in studies for an internship agreement, interest in technology and customer support, strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and availability from 9:00 to 14:00.
