Description
Philips is hiring a six-month, non-thesis Master’s internship in Training & Capability Support. The intern will support global training programs by preparing and formatting materials, coordinating training logistics, maintaining repositories, tracking participation and feedback, and collaborating with trainers, change managers, and business process experts. The role is based in Amsterdam and Eindhoven with a 40-hour weekly presence split between the two locations, and offers a monthly full-time allowance of €500–€700 gross plus possible housing and travel compensation.
