Description
Infineon is hiring a Unit Process Engineering intern to support final-stage semiconductor backend test operations in an automated manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting with test operations and automation projects, risk and deviation management, change management, and the development of process documentation such as flowcharts, FMEA, SOPs, OCAPs, and control plans. The intern will gain experience in semiconductor backend testing, statistical process control, production data analysis, and automation, with a background in automation, electrical or electronic, or mechanical engineering and strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
