Infineon is hiring an ATE Test Engineer in Leominster, Massachusetts, to transfer test programs and hardware, develop and debug ATE test programs, support test-hardware design, provide first-line engineering support, maintain documentation, improve test methods, and perform electrical measurements. The role requires electrical, electronics, or computer engineering education, ATE and mixed-signal IC test knowledge, C/C++ or VBA experience, PCB-layout familiarity, circuit fundamentals, and lab instrumentation experience. The position pays US$27.00–US$39.50 per hour, with the rate dependent on the highest level of education completed.
