Spektrum is hiring a NATO Interoperability Requirements Specialist to support federated interoperability activities across the capability lifecycle for Allied Command Transformation. The role elicits and manages interoperability requirements, coordinates stakeholders and events, supports interoperability testing and data reporting, maintains secure tool access, and contributes to policy and process refinement. It requires substantial multinational and interoperability experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher, advanced English proficiency, and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. The position is based on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and runs from January 2027 through December 2031.
