The role focuses on physical design and integration of advanced interposer technologies, ownership of technical tasks and workflows, cross-functional collaboration with architecture, front-end, back-end, and packaging teams, and solving technical challenges while developing flows and methodologies. Candidates should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, a strong academic foundation in VLSI, hardware design, or electrical engineering fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, independent, creative, and collaborative mindset.
