The Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking a Program Administrator to provide executive leadership and full operational oversight of the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program, a $6+ billion bi-state infrastructure initiative. The role directs transportation planning, budgeting, project controls, policy, risk management, consultant and contract oversight, and coordination across WSDOT, ODOT, partner agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. It also serves as the program’s primary spokesperson and builds relationships with elected officials, tribal governments, community organizations, industry leaders, and the media. The position offers flexible hybrid remote work with at least three days per week in the Vancouver office and may include relocation assistance.
