Intervention Specialist at Aspire Public Schools

Aspire River Oaks Charter School in Stockton is hiring a full-time, interim Intervention Specialist to provide one-on-one and small-group support for students below and far below grade level. The role assesses students, develops literacy and classroom interventions, analyzes assessment data, collaborates with teachers and families, maintains student records, and supports afterschool literacy instruction. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, a valid California Multiple Subject Credential, literacy or reading-recovery training, and at least two years of classroom-teaching experience, with K–5 experience working with students two or more years behind grade level preferred.
