Description
Voies navigables de France is hiring one Category C civil servant to work as an Intervention Team Agent, Dependency Maintenance and Environment (IDEE) in the Canal des Vosges Route Territorial Unit. The role maintains linear and discrete hydraulic structures, performs dredging, bank protection, civil engineering repairs, tree and brush management, and emergency response; it is primarily outdoor work in the Vosges with fixed daytime hours, possible on-call duties, and daily travel. Candidates must be prepared for physical work, teamwork, weekends and public holidays, and must hold or be able to acquire authorizations for electrical work, machinery, aerial work platforms, chainsaw operation, and machinery operation.
