Glaukos is hiring an Interventional Business Manager Director to lead a U.S.-based field team supporting growth and execution across its interventional glaucoma portfolio. The role owns area sales performance, field strategy, talent development, customer and key opinion leader relationships, training, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across ophthalmology-related business functions. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 10 or more years of sales or marketing experience, field-team leadership, knowledge of reimbursement and surgical sales, strong communication and coaching abilities, and proficiency with SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint.
