Glaukos is hiring an Interventional Business Manager to drive adoption and integration of advanced ophthalmic technologies across an assigned U.S. territory. The role combines medical sales, consultative selling, surgeon and practice-team education, territory and market development, product launches, event participation, and business planning to expand market share and improve patient access and outcomes. A bachelor's degree and more than five years of medical sales experience, including at least three years in surgical ophthalmology, are required. The role is remote and offers total targeted cash compensation of $270,000 plus RSUs.
