Description
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is hiring a full-time, board-certified, fellowship-trained structural interventional cardiologist in San Diego, California. The physician will join a division of 12 cardiologists and 5 advanced practice providers, working a four-day, 10-hour schedule split among outpatient clinic, hospital procedures, and occasional echocardiography/stress-test supervision. The role requires inpatient work and hospital credentialing at Sharp Memorial Hospital, use of the EPIC EMR, and procedural expertise in percutaneous coronary intervention, intravascular ultrasound, iFR, hemodynamics, atherectomy, percutaneous left ventricular assist devices, intra-aortic balloon placement, and mechanical circulatory support including ECMO. Structural and peripheral interventions are preferred. Compensation is $629,000–$810,000, with comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice, sign-on bonus, and a two-year shareholder track.
