Description
The Medical Assistant will support a medically complex and emotionally challenging patient population in a clinic setting, including documenting encounters, preparing charts, processing orders and referrals, administering urine drug screens, assisting with injections, scheduling appointments and interventional pain procedures, and following up with patients and legal representatives. The role requires Medical Assistant State certification and at least four years of related experience; Medical Scribe certification and bilingual Spanish/English ability are preferred.
