Glove House Inc. is seeking an Interventionist for their new Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program in Schuyler County. This role involves providing crisis intervention and intensive case management to youths aged 5-20 years and their families, addressing both clinical and complex family needs. The Interventionist will implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage a caseload of up to three families. Responsibilities include working with children and parents, facilitating group therapy, implementing crisis plans, conducting assessments, and contributing to program evaluation.
