Description
The Interventionist provides a family-focused, weekly home-based intervention to keep families together, assess risk and safety, engage caregivers and other participants, develop problem conceptualizations, connect families to community resources, monitor outcomes, and document treatment efforts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in New York City and travel to other Rising Ground sites and within the community. It is a full-time position scheduled around client and family needs, with medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
