Karat is seeking a contractor/freelancer Interview Engineer to facilitate technical interviews with software developers, evaluate coding skills and technical knowledge, provide performance feedback, and collaborate on testing content, processes, and products. The role requires at least three years of software development or engineering experience, strong written and oral English communication, and reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection; prior technical-interview experience is preferred.
