Description
Karat is seeking experienced software developers to join its Interview Engineer Community as contractor/freelancer interviewers who conduct and evaluate technical interviews through Karat's platform. The role focuses on creating inclusive hiring processes, assessing coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and coding approach, and collaborating with Karat to improve content, processes, and products. Applicants must have at least 3 years of software development/engineering experience, strong English communication skills, a stable internet connection with webcam and microphone access, and preferably prior technical interviewing experience. Compensation is task-based and applications are only accepted from candidates in countries listed on Karat's website; resumes must be submitted in English.
