Karat is seeking an Interview Engineer to facilitate technical interviews with software developers through its platform, evaluate candidates on coding skills, communication, knowledge, and coding approach, and collaborate on testing content, processes, and products. This is a contractor/freelancer opportunity compensated by tasks, with applications accepted for future Interview Engineer opportunities. Candidates need at least three years of software development or engineering experience, strong English communication skills, and reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection; prior technical-interview experience is preferred.
