Description

The Department of Health, Behavior and Society (9HBS) is looking for an interviewer to provide administrative support for a research project. This includes assisting with community outreach, data collection, sample collection, laboratory work, and/or fieldwork. The interviewer will collect and organize data according to research procedures and understand research goals. They will also recruit and enroll research participants, conduct data collection activities like participant screening, obtaining informed consent, performing interviews using computerized tools, and providing referrals.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: Six months of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to details.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
Knowledge of communities at increased risk for HIV.
Spanish language proficiency preferred.
Flexibility with hours.
