Melaleuca is seeking an International Sales Operations Analyst to join their International team. This role involves acting as a liaison with foreign staff, the International department, and IT to ensure timely and accurate Sales and Compensation related activities. The analyst will also be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and preparing initiatives to grow Net Preferred Customers in International Markets, managing day-to-day operations for International Sales, and assisting in new market expansion. The position requires strong organizational and project management skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with business analytics tools like SQL and SAGE.
