Description
The Inventory Control Specialist monitors and maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, variance investigation, WMS adjustments, performance reporting, and inventory optimization. The role supports inbound, outbound, returns, customer inventory reviews, audits, and coordination with Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, WMS or ERP experience, and on-site work at the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
