Top Aces is hiring an Inventory and Component Repair Senior Manager to lead inventory control and internal component repair operations at the Bagotville Repair Shop. The role oversees repair throughput, quality, cost, inventory accuracy, work-in-progress, repair loops, continuous improvement, team leadership, and cross-functional reporting while supporting fleet readiness and the expansion of internal repair capabilities. It requires post-secondary education in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of aviation maintenance, MRO, or component repair experience, inventory or component repair management experience, knowledge of aviation quality systems and regulatory requirements, and leadership skills. The position requires travel, a Level II Canadian Government security clearance, access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, and bilingual English-French ability is preferred.
