AROW Global is hiring an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to lead inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees inventory accuracy, cycle counts, KPIs, warehouse processes, safety, and team development, while coordinating with production and customer requirements. Candidates need prior manufacturing inventory management experience, 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ERP experience preferably with Syteline or IFS, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
