The Inventory Control Specialist compiles records for received, in-stock, and issued materials; requisitions supplies; verifies and inspects incoming materials; rejects defective items; prepares inventory records and reports; and investigates stock-count discrepancies. The role requires independent and team work, desktop computing proficiency, forklift certification, alternate-shift and overtime availability, secret-clearance eligibility, and an ATF background check. Desired qualifications include inventory-control and material-handling experience, pallet-jack and powered-industrial-truck use, and Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control manufacturing experience.
