Description
The Inventory Control Specialist manages and tracks inventory levels, maintains accurate ERP records, performs cycle counts, resolves discrepancies, supports batch integrity, and prepares inventory reports. The role also involves inspecting in-process work and parts for compliance with specifications and tolerances, while collaborating with supply chain, purchasing, and production teams. Candidates need knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, accuracy, and time-management skills; a minimum of 1–3 years of related experience is required.
