Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor inspects and tests products against distribution-center quality standards, researches quality errors, documents root causes and corrective actions, develops quality reports, performs stock checks and inventory audits, and uses RF equipment to maintain accurate inventory. The role also coordinates with facility departments to resolve mislabeled or mixed-product issues, analyzes quality trends, and shares reports with functional areas. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of distribution experience, analytical and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and TOPS and MARC systems, and the ability to operate powered material-handling equipment and lift up to 40 pounds.
