The Inventory Control Specialist maintains and audits physical and JDE inventory locations, performs cycle counts and aisle audits, investigates discrepancies, transfers materials, reconciles inventory, and recommends process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of manufacturing or distribution-center experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel and Word proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and forklift certification. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, inventory-related experience, JDE and ERP software proficiency, and prior forklift certification.
