Description
Stitch Fix is hiring an Inventory Control Group Leader to own inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability in a fulfillment center. The role leads inventory control associates, manages cycle counting, reconciliation, audits, shrink investigations, and corrective actions; partners with Finance, Accounting, Warehouse Operations, Merchandising, Systems, and HQ; and improves inventory health through KPI analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires at least five years of inventory control, inventory management, or fulfillment center operations experience, including team leadership and KPI-driven performance, along with experience in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, audits, SOX compliance, and reporting tools. The role is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, with a stated US salary range of $63,800 to $85,000.
