Description
Flex is hiring an Inventory Control Manager 2 to report to Supply Chain or Materials leadership and maintain inventory accuracy, accountability, and control across the site. The role leads cycle counts and physical inventories, analyzes MRP/ERP data, manages excess and obsolete inventory, develops inventory processes and metrics, and collaborates with customers, purchasing, planning, warehouse operations, project management, and business units. The position requires strong inventory, materials, supply chain, analytical, leadership, and cross-functional skills, typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least eight years of materials, inventory control, supply chain, or related experience.
