Description
Skydio is hiring an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory management in a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role manages raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods; leads cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; resolves discrepancies; ensures AS9100, FAA, and other regulatory compliance; optimizes warehouse and material-handling processes; manages ERP/MRP systems; supports audits and financial close activities; and mentors inventory control staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–10+ years of manufacturing inventory or supply chain experience, and strong knowledge of inventory control, MRP/ERP systems, traceability, and quality standards. The annual base salary range is $131,250–$208,125, with equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan.
