Description
The Inventory Control Manager leads inventory accuracy, compliance, reconciliation, audit readiness, and governance activities at a distribution center. The role manages inventory control programs, investigates discrepancies, drives corrective actions, reports inventory performance, and partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Systems, Quality, and 3PL partners. It also leads and develops the Inventory Control team and serves as the site subject matter expert for inventory-related issues. The position requires at least five years of inventory management or supply chain operations experience, including three years in a leadership role, along with WMS and ERP proficiency and the ability to work in automation and robotics environments.
