Description
The Inventory Control Manager leads inventory accuracy, compliance, reconciliation, audit readiness, and governance activities at a distribution center. The role manages inventory control programs, investigates discrepancies, drives corrective actions, monitors inventory health and financial exposure, reports to leadership, and partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Systems, Quality, and 3PL partners. The position also leads and develops the Inventory Control team and supports process improvements and system implementations.
